G.I.U.L.I. is a polite virtual waitress who will guide you in processing your order. The traveler starts a conversation with G.I.U.L.I. and indicates his or her demands for each dish, being advised on the best combinations of food and drink. The service is active on Emporio del Grano and by taking advantage of it, you will receive interesting promotions from other stores of the Lagardère Travel Retail Italia group.

It is the pre-ordering service of Aelia Duty Free that allows travelers to consult our assortment on our website with maximum comfort from their home computer or smartphone before departure, being able to pre-order the products online up to 12 hours before departure and withdrawing them directly at the store during the journey, while also receiving an exclusive discount.

From January 2019 it is possible to use the pre-ordering service also through the WeChat application directly from the Aelia Duty Free Rome account.

The service is active for flights in the Extra Schengen area of ​​Rome Fiumicino and for all the flights at Venice airport.
